Reports

Dashboards built for the numbers you actually bill.

Private or shared dashboards, panels you configure yourself or describe in plain language, and a data engine that never mixes currencies or counts an old quote version.

Private by default

Every user gets a private dashboard to explore numbers on their own — nobody else sees it unless you share it.

Share when you're ready

Turn any dashboard shared so the whole company sees the same view, with edit rights for owners and admins.

Its own filters

Each dashboard keeps its own date range, currency and comparison period — panels inherit it unless you override one.

Builder

Configure a panel the way you'd describe it out loud.

Pick a data source, a metric, how to group it and any filters — then choose how it should look. No query language.

1DataInvoices, quotes, payments, customers, projects or invoice lines
2MetricSum, count, average, min or max of a numeric field
3Group byA date (by day/week/month/quarter/year) or a category, with a top-N and an “Other” bucket
4FiltersAny filterable field on that source — status, customer, currency, tags…

Invoices · Sum of total, by month · split by status
Create with AI

Describe the chart. The agent builds the panel.

Type what you want to see, in your own words, and it's added to your dashboard — or answered on the spot if you just need the number.

Building a panel this way calls the same create_report_panel tool available to the AI Agent everywhere else in Corebill — and one-off questions like “how much did I invoice per month?” use run_report to answer instantly, without creating a panel at all.

Trustworthy by default

Numbers you can actually take to a client.

The reporting engine enforces a few rules so a chart never quietly lies to you.

Currencies are never mixed

A panel adds up one currency at a time. Amounts in other currencies are listed apart instead of silently combined into a wrong total.

Dates in your timezone

Every range — this month, this quarter, custom — is computed in your company's timezone, not the server's.

Only the latest quote version

A quote with three revisions counts once, using its current version — old drafts never inflate your numbers.

Deleted and cancelled stay out

Deleted records are excluded everywhere, and cancelled invoices are left out unless you filter for them on purpose.

Export & templates

Take it with you, or start from one already built.

Export to CSV

Any panel exports to CSV with its current filters and date range applied, so what you see is exactly what you download — shared dashboards included.

Questions about Reports

Only you, until you mark it shared. A shared dashboard becomes visible to the whole company, and owners or admins can edit it — everyone else views it read-only.
