Buy, receive and pay vendors
without a spreadsheet.
Keep every vendor in one profile, send purchase orders that someone approves when it matters, receive what actually arrived and pay the bill — partial payments included.
Every supplier, with everything you know about them.
A vendor profile holds tax ID, email, contacts and tags, plus the files, comments and activity your team shares. You see at a glance how much you've spent with each one.
- —Contacts, tax ID, email and tags on every vendor
- —Private files, team comments and a full activity history
- —Total spent per vendor, connected to your Expenses
- —Deleting a vendor keeps its history: past expenses stay linked
Orders that follow a clear path, with approvals when you want them.
Draft an order, send it for approval if your team needs a second pair of eyes, then mark it sent. Receive in parts as goods arrive — with Inventory turned on, each receipt adds to stock.
| Item | Ordered | Received |

| Printer paper (box) | 40 | 20 |

- —Optional approvals with the approvers you choose
- —Partial receipts — record what came in today, the rest stays pending
- —Received items add to stock in the warehouse you pick (with Inventory)
- —Attach quotes, specs or delivery notes to each order
Know what you owe, and to whom.
Register the vendor's bill from the order or on its own. Record payments as you make them and each bill moves from Open to Partial to Paid, with a PDF receipt for every payment.
