Frequently asked questions
How does per-user pricing work?
You pay the plan price for each member of your workspace. Add or remove users at any time; changes are prorated.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
Nothing is deleted. Modules outside your new plan are locked and come back with your data as soon as you upgrade again.
How do AI messages work?
1 message = 1 message, no credit math. The monthly allowance is per user and shared by the whole team, so a busy user can use what others leave.
What counts as a document?
Any quote or invoice you create. The Free plan includes 50 per month combined; Pro and Business have no limit.
Does the Free plan include API access?
Yes. Every plan includes the REST API with unlimited keys. Free allows 100 requests per minute, Pro 1,000 and Business has no rate limit.
