The official tax document,
issued with your invoice.
Connect Plazma once and every invoice you issue becomes the electronic document your country requires. Corebill tracks its status, keeps the PDF and XML, and attaches the official copy to the email your client gets.
Issue the invoice. The tax document follows.
Turn on automatic issuing and the official document is created the moment you issue an invoice — or send it by hand from the invoice's Fiscal tab. The document type comes from your country's catalog, not from a form you have to figure out.
- —Automatic issuing when an invoice is issued, or one click from the Fiscal tab
- —Document types and fields come from your country's catalog
- —Optional check that blocks issuing when the customer's tax details are incomplete
- —Test mode to try everything before going to production
Know when it's accepted, without checking.
Each document's status arrives on its own and a periodic reconciliation catches anything that slipped. PDF and XML stay with the invoice, and the official PDF rides along in the invoice email.

Questions about e-invoicing
The document types and fields come from Plazma's catalog for your country. Corebill reads that catalog, so you only see the documents your country requires and the data they need.
No. With automatic issuing on, the official document is created the moment you issue an invoice. You can still issue it manually from the invoice's Fiscal tab.
You see the status and the reason on the invoice and in the Fiscal documents screen. You can also turn on a check that blocks issuing when the customer's tax details are incomplete, so it doesn't happen in the first place.
No. E-invoicing is an optional module. Connecting Plazma from Integrations turns it on, and disconnecting turns it off. You can start in test mode before going to production.

Bill once. Stay compliant.
Connect Plazma in Integrations, issue your first invoice and let the official document follow on its own.
